Why do they do it?

No one knows exactly why Hot Spot Harry and Jammin' Jerry act the way they do, but Harry has been overheard stating "we are not going to hurt anyone, we just plan to take over the world, one TV at a time." Jerry, nods with a blank smile, and refuses to comment. However, studies have led the authorities to believe that although they are extremely amusing, they are equally as harmless, and do not pose a threat to the community in which they interact.
